Who receives it.
Chimney4u is operated by Noam Paz and Guy Deri, based in Israel. Chimney4u is a referral business, not the contractor that inspects, cleans or repairs your chimney.
We may sell your contact and request details to up to two independent service providers. Each may contact you about the work you requested. A submission does not guarantee a provider match, a quote, service availability or an appointment.

What we collect
The form collects your name, callback number, property ZIP, selected service and concern, requested timing, problem description and agreement to follow-up and referral. Email and callback-window preferences are optional. We also record identifiers, timestamps, the landing page and available referral or campaign information.
Please do not include payment information, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive details. This form is not monitored for emergencies. Contact emergency services if there is immediate danger.
How we use and share a request
We use these details to review your request, arrange referrals, coordinate follow-up and maintain request records. We receive payment for providing leads. Up to two independent providers may receive your contact details and information about the requested work; this is not a request for unrelated advertising.
Providers are separate businesses. Before agreeing to work, ask the provider to identify their business, confirm relevant qualifications and insurance, and explain the scope, price and terms. Chimney4u does not perform the work or certify its safety.
Where information goes
Google Apps Script processes form submissions and Google Sheets stores the lead register with restricted account access. Our authorized team receives Telegram notifications with a lead summary, including name, phone number, ZIP and service, and a link to the register. The website team works from Israel and can access Seattle-area requests there.
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Pages may load Google Fonts and OpenStreetMap map tiles. These providers receive technical information, such as an IP address, when your browser requests their resources. Technology providers may process information in other countries under their own terms.
The callback button and browser storage
The callback button opens the form; it does not place a phone call. It sends an internal interest alert identifying the event and button location, without the name and phone number that you would enter in a submitted request.
The site uses browser session storage and local storage for session context, source information and interaction records. Clearing that storage does not delete details already submitted to our systems.
Retention and your choices
Request records and internal alert messages are not currently deleted automatically on a fixed schedule. To request access, correction, deletion, or to stop further sharing or follow-up, email gdnp.automations@gmail.com with enough information to locate your request. Do not email sensitive identification documents.
We may need to verify that a request concerns your record. Tell us if you also need the identity of a provider that received it. Information already supplied to an independent provider may also need to be addressed with that provider. This notice does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Security and changes
The lead register and internal Telegram group use restricted access. No internet service is completely secure. Restricted group access is not a guarantee of end-to-end encryption or a complete security audit.
